Delete your account

Deleting your Myanmar Connect account removes your profile, your service listings and their photos, your chat conversations, bookings, reviews, community posts, and push notification registrations. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete deletion within 30 days of your request; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.

အကောင့်ဖျက်လိုက်ရင် သင့်ပရိုဖိုင်၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကြော်ငြာများ၊ စကားပြောမှတ်တမ်းများနဲ့ အချက်အလက်အားလုံး အပြီးအပိုင် ပျက်သွားပါမယ်။

Open the app and go to Me → Settings → Delete account. You’ll be asked a couple of short questions and your account is deleted immediately.

အက်ပ်ထဲမှာ — Me → Settings → အကောင့် ဖျက်ရန် ကနေ ချက်ချင်း ဖျက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Send an email to hello@myanmarconnect.appwith the subject “Delete my account”. Include the display name you use in the app and, if you linked one, send it from your linked email address so we can verify it’s you. You do not need to have the app installed to make this request.

“Delete my account” ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ hello@myanmarconnect.app ကို အီးမေးလ်ပို့ပါ။ အက်ပ်ထဲမှာ သုံးတဲ့ နာမည်ကို ထည့်ပေးပါ။

Guest accounts are anonymous and tied to your device. Signing out, or clearing your browser or app data, permanently detaches a guest account from you. To have a guest account’s data removed, email us the display name you used and roughly when you used the app.
